Peter Schlamberger is the Managing Director and Founding Partner of Managing General Agency Polaris Corporate Solutions GmbH (Vienna, Austria) which acts as a Coverholder at Lloyd’s. He has 20 years of experience in the international specialty casualty insurance and reinsurance market. While operating in the London insurance market, Peter placed and participated in the resolution of claims for some of the most complex D&O risks, Financial Institutions, Employment Practices Liability, Public Offering of Securities Liability, Commercial Crime, Pension Trustees Liability and Professional Indemnity for FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and Top European 100. Since 2006 Peter has been underwriting specialty casualty insurance and reinsurance. He has over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing new Financial Lines insurance products across continental Europe and in the CEE / CIS area. He is a frequent speaker at International Financial Lines conferences and forums. Peter holds a Masters Degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) and is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
